The 2022 Good Design Awards are one of the longest-running international design awards in the world, promoting excellence in design and innovation since 1958.
Each year, the Awards attract new and innovative design projects from around the world, celebrating the very best in all areas of design, architecture, engineering, research, fashion and social impact.
I am beyond excited and proud to say that the Chameleon Wall Light took home an Australian Good Design Award for excellence within the Product Design/Furniture and Lighting category.
The Chameleon Wall Bracket was designed as a response to customer demand to have the flexibility to customise the colour of products. Until now, this has only been possible through time-consuming and expensive processes. This idea evolved into a light that can adapt to almost any space and take nearly any material while remaining relatively affordable.
The Chameleon frame itself is available in 4 colour ways: Chrome, Brass, Black and White.
The final packaging design played on the overall 'tile' shape of the product itself.
